To run the files:

Download Processing 3.5.4 for your OS (Mac OS X, Linux 64-bit, Windows 64-bit, or Windows 32-bit)

From:

https://processing.org/download

Follow the instructions to install and put the folder stillness_OpticalFlow inside your Processing folder.

Run Processing

Go to > File> Sketchbook> stillness_OpticalFlow > open

You will need to import two Library:

Sketch> importLibrary> addLibrary> PixelFlow 1.3.0

and one more:

Sketch> importLibrary> addLibrary> ControlP5 2.2.6

Now run the code and keep still ;)

The value of stillness

Silence is golden …

My first thought - generating energy with movements - thinking energy as currency

With dancing, with fitness with motion …

But somehow that didn't convince me as basis for a currency system

What is valuable, what is precious, what has value today ... ?

We live in an incredible abundance - extremely badly distributed - but in reality there are too much of everything .... except stillness and silence.

What would be a monetary system based on stillness?

You generate wealth by staying absolutely still, you earn your fortune by keeping really quiet:

The value of Stillness.

A software could perceive that. A Blockchain encrypted code.

You can than keeping still as long as you want … or as long your Body allow it.

It will be naturally regulated by the demands of the body.

This is my thought, an economy based not on the dollar but on stillness.

I am very sorry that I could not attend the zoom today.

I was thinking that maybe for the future of MotionDao we could explore NFTs as short MOCAP captures of different dancers, choreographers or pieces? Like this piece I made a while back
