CoNCrEte 02 madira anger

This is a continuation and part of my research conducted for my Masters of Science - Media Arts and Imaging Screendance degree at Dundee University 2008/9, Dundee, Scotland.

The performer, Madira Gregurek uses the Emotional Body Work pattern of anger, based on Alba Emoting, a somatic technique that triggers the performer to elicit powerful and authentic emotions. Here Madira performs and displays her anger. This is a genuine display of anger using only breath, tension and facial patterns to elicit the emotion. There is no psychological recall. The only recall is emotional body memory. This body memory is triggered by the breathing/tension/facial patterns that tap into the stored body memory and encourage a full bloated geniune emotional display.

WE LIVE WITHIN AN UNSTABLE LANDSCAPE

This is a social networking website connecting people concerned about innovation and experimentation on art, dance, embodiment, cognition, science, networks, post-humanism, media and the unstable landscape of contemporary culture and life.

We are in a transitional phase and refocusing the network with a broader interdisciplinary framework. It will reflect a contemporary  community interacting and embedded  unstablelandscape.

This network is maintained and administrated by Marlon Barrios Solano as an independent art/curatorial/social innovation project.
