My background:
-I studied contemporary dance in Tilburg (Netherlands), Lier (Belgian) and Freiburg (Germany)
-I get in complete tune with my body through Eric Franklin Method, Alexander Technic, Feldenkrais, Body Mind Centering etc.
-I got a Yoga Coach in Yoga Vidya Dham, Nashik (India) 2008
-I traveled through India and visited different Yoga Universities for nearly 10 month in 2009/2010
-I got my Ayurveda consultant certificate in Paracelsus School in 2011
-I offer Yoga & Ayurveda treatments in Ayurveda Yoga Raum Dresden
-in this moment I teach mainly Yoga groups and Yoga private classes for Relaxation
-I offer Ayurveda treatments to get a connective feeling of every body part and an holistic understanding about body, mind and spirit
-I live Ayurveda and Yoga daily, because my believe is, that only your own experience in your daily life gets you in tune with the truth around you

Movements creating a connection between everything I experience

Did you ever observe, that the awareness of connecting movements has the ability to make any new learning experience very simple?

Through observation of movements, I understood that every movement has a beginning and an ending. If you know the beginning and the ending of a movement everything in between is already remembered. So try it out, take yourself a heart and trust your intelligence of your body and you will experience that learning new movements is such simple.

Thanks dear Lilo and Bernd Ka, they taught us such simple things in our contemporary dance education in Freiburg. Our education was based on Improvisation and consciouse movements. Improvisation is based on such simple knowledge, you are the creator and observer of the movements around you. My favourite performance is created in the present moment, where I consciously decide how my story is performed, because it is much more exciting to be the creator as the puppet in a play.
