About Me (human/individual)/interests, work..short bio/ THis is the most important. It is the only way to know that you are not a SPAMBOT!Be generous!: I am a composer and performer from Sweden currently based in the UK. I am currently studying for an AHRC funded PhD at University of Surrey. My subject is corporeality in music for choreography. I have a Masters and a BA degree from De Montfort University in Leicester, where I studied for John Young and I have studied at Gotlands Tonsättarskola in Visby, Sweden for Per Mårtensson and Sven-David Sandström, as well as at the Academy of music and drama in Gothenburg, Sweden for Ole Lützow-Holm.

I have a background as a sound designer at theatres in Sweden, mainly the City Theatre of Stockholm where I worked with directors such as Hilda Hellwig and Birgitta Egerbladh. I still enjoy designing sound, especially in a drama context.

My work move freely between concrete and abstract sounds, between music and sound art, with the human voice as an important component. My performances incorporates a confluence between voice and electronics, in a poetic and slowly evolving manner. I am performing both solo with laptop and voice and as a member of vocal or electronic sound ensembles. My music has been represented at festivals in London, Los Angeles, Nice and Amsterdam; on radio in Europe and the USA; and in concerts mainly in the UK and Sweden.
