La Caldera Les Corts opens the call for residencies for the period January-December 2016.  

Who the call is aimed at: national and International creators, collectives and researchers in the performing arts of different ages and trajectories in different artistic disciplines, focussing on the body and/or movement as a central material, tool or question in their project. It should be understood that La Caldera cannot cover artists’ travel, accommodation and living expenses.

What we offer:

#The residencies selected will be free of charge. In exchange the artists will be requested to participate actively in the La Caldera project. The exchange will be agreed upon between the artists and the centre before the commencement of the residency (certain exchange proposals have been set out beside each modality for reference, but we are also flexible).

#Each project will be evaluated individually according to its requirements.

#The duration and period of each residency will be agreed upon between the artists and La Caldera according to the requirements of each project..

#La Caldera has a space with black box for staging public performances and technical residencies with the technical equipment at its disposal.
