PART 1

Every Trick in the Book
By Bower Fleming Plewis
This film consists of every trick from the 1936 manual 'Trick Effects with the Cine Camera' by H.A.V. Bulleid. Through spectral appearances, model disasters, bar brawls and dances with giants noses, a trio of characters experience their weird psychodramas connected by a thread of shifting realities manipulated by the amateur filmmakers’ ambitions and desires.

PART 2

Love Songs
By Eleanor Sikorski
Writing a love song has got to be a bit embarrassing, right? At least that's what Eleanor always thought, and then she wrote a dozen and realised that a bit of embarrassment can go quite a long way. With the help of her laptop and a video camera, her pop-star dream became reality.

WE LIVE WITHIN AN UNSTABLE LANDSCAPE

This is a social networking website connecting people concerned about innovation and experimentation on art, dance, embodiment, cognition, science, networks, post-humanism, media and the unstable landscape of contemporary culture and life.

We are in a transitional phase and refocusing the network with a broader interdisciplinary framework. It will reflect a contemporary  community interacting and embedded  unstablelandscape.

This network is maintained and administrated by Marlon Barrios Solano as an independent art/curatorial/social innovation project.
