The Director of Sguardi Altrove International Women Film Festival Patrizia Rappazzo invites you to take part in the festival’s 16th edition by entering your film in one of the following sections:

COMPETITIVE SECTIONS

1) 7th edition of the Sguardi (s)confinati award for short and medium length fiction films by independent Italian directors.

2) 6th edition of the Nuovi Sguardi international award for feature films.

3) 2nd edition of the international award for documentaries Le Donne Raccontano.

NON-COMPETITIVE SECTIONS

1) Sguardi incrociati – for Italian documentaries and short films.

2) Sconfinando-Digitalia – international animation, music videos, video art, experimental films.

3) Danzando – International videodance section.

You can enter films on any subject; we are especially interested in receiving films or videos that explore the interplay and contamination between different formats and artistic languages. Competitive sections are open only to women.
