Forsythe’s ideas of improvisational modalities as tools to generate clear and articulate movements guides you to a better understanding of what the body can do in an accelerated state of motion. It's a great way to discover your own dancing capabilities and it will surely inspire you to move. This course is especially beneficial to anyone who is interested in finding out how to move with more awareness and become more creative and articulate in their movements. The course aims to develop your ability to improvise and create movement and steps from any given influence, using your own body, music, or your environment as a starting point.

Tamas Geza Moricz (HU/D)
Tamas Moricz graduated from the Hungarian State Ballet Academy in 1989. He danced with the Ballett Frankfurt under the direction of William Forsythe and performed numerous of William Forsythe's works. He also danced choreographies by Ryuichi Sakamoto, Mike Figgis, Jiří Kylián, Mats Ek, Jan Fabre, Jonathan Burrows, Saburo Teshigowara, Antony Rizzi, Jacopo Godani, Amanda Miller, Crystal Pite and many others. Tamas Moricz is currently working as a freelance teacher and performer, teaching the Forsythe Improvisational Modalities and ballet classes at higher educational facilities all around the world; among The space in between the beats has always been treated with the same care and attention to detail as the beat itself. In order to convey this exciting mixture between massive energy and crafted atmospheres even more convincingly in a performance situation, Monolake have recently pioneered in bringing surround sound to the club. A concept that only works within a real live performance. It shows that a club still holds surpises and new experiences for you. But Monolake live is not just an aural sensation, it also incorporates highly advanced visual elements. Utrecht based media artist Tarik Barri generates real time video graphics which are manipulated by the sound of the performance; constantly moving shapes in space. The result is an impressive combination of art and technology, an audiovisual journey thru previously unknown worlds and way beyond the classic DJ setting.
Produced by marlon barrios solano
dance-tech.net
under
Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial-No Derivative Works 3.0 United States License. But there are state authorities acting behind the globalisation: an American network (.gov .mil .com) has been extended by national domains (.de .fr .ch). This division of the digital data network marginalises humans, who are oppressed in terms of eviction and censorship. Control by the established nations makes it impossible for unrecognised communities to articulate, legitimise and finally also to legalise themselves. In refugee countries and commercialized communication systems they will remain an off-line issue or sub-culture. New Nations add a new dimensions to the existing internet by providing Tibetans, Kurds, Tamils, Uigurs, Sahrauis etc with their own internet domain. This community project facilitates a new culture of open and global communication.
