In February 2011, FuturePerfect, Dance Theater Workshop and Performance Space 122 will co-present the New York premiere of Verdensteatret’s And All the Question Marks Started to Sing. Performances will take place in Dance Theater Workshop’s Bessie Schönberg Theater (219 West 19th Street) Thursday – Saturday, February 24 - 26, at 7:30pm; and Sunday, February 27 at 5pm.

And All the Question Marks Started to Sing is the opening event of FuturePerfect 2011, a new performance, media, art & technology initiative in New York City. Produced in partnership with leading national and international cultural institutions, FuturePerfect highlights new hybrid performance practices, media forms and artistic ideas that emerge as digital technologies evolve and become ubiquitous in contemporary culture. Wayne Ashley is FuturePerfect’s Founding Artistic Director.

And All the Question Marks Started to Sing is also part of Dance Theater Workshop’s 2010 – 2011 Season and Performance Space 122’s 30th Anniversary Season.

Additional funding for this program is provided by the The Royal Norwegian Consulate General in New York and The American-Scandinavian Foundation's Andrew E. and G. Norman Wigeland Fund.

WE LIVE WITHIN AN UNSTABLE LANDSCAPE

This is a social networking website connecting people concerned about innovation and experimentation on art, dance, embodiment, cognition, science, networks, post-humanism, media and the unstable landscape of contemporary culture and life.

We are in a transitional phase and refocusing the network with a broader interdisciplinary framework. It will reflect a contemporary  community interacting and embedded  unstablelandscape.

This network is maintained and administrated by Marlon Barrios Solano as an independent art/curatorial/social innovation project.
