About Me (human/individual)/interests, work..short bio/ THis is the most important. It is the only way to know that you are not a SPAMBOT!Be generous!
Dancing heals me and allows me to show who I am as a person. It gives me clarity about my place in the universe; my little piece of history. Dance allows me to influence my social environment. The movement became an instrument to explore myself, to know myself and understand my entire reality, interests and desires and how to connect with the world.
I constantly try to understand the relationship between everything in nature and all of us that coexist in this space and time. The process of researching, to be present in creative experiments, to be part of the development of a play work and present it to an audience constitutes itself as a delight and a motivation to create.
There is a tireless search of patterns and symbols of my environment, but especially on culture as affective heritage of human groups. In recent years my artistic practice has been based on my interest in exploring my socio-cultural environment and human relations.
I observe the movement of nature, its elements and cycles and the balance and relations of elements in a certain time. Everything in nature has a dual aesthetic. The magic of exploring all its variations and possibilities represents for me the challenge of finding the connection between what I am and what cultural background leads me to be.
The endless range of possibilities is reduced if I comprehend the things that really define my style. The feminine nature as inspiration, the manifestation of social relations as a complement and respect for the diversity of life as fuel, are those who lead me to propose the art and aesthetics as an inseparable duality, power-vulnerability, magic-reality, demureness-sensuality, energy - passivity.

WE LIVE WITHIN AN UNSTABLE LANDSCAPE

This is a social networking website connecting people concerned about innovation and experimentation on art, dance, embodiment, cognition, science, networks, post-humanism, media and the unstable landscape of contemporary culture and life.

We are in a transitional phase and refocusing the network with a broader interdisciplinary framework. It will reflect a contemporary  community interacting and embedded  unstablelandscape.

This network is maintained and administrated by Marlon Barrios Solano as an independent art/curatorial/social innovation project.
