About Me (human/individual)/interests, work..short bio/ THis is the most important. It is the only way to know that you are not a SPAMBOT!Be generous!: My name is Tex Hobijn and I am studying (in my thrid year minor maker)at ArtEZ Bachelor of contemporary dance in Arnhem, the Netherlands.My experience began at 11 years old with the pre education at National Ballet. Here I was thought how to strictly discipline my body within in the confines of classical ballet. Outside the classical world I was looking for different sources of exposure to other forms of dance. I started a bachelor degree at Codarts where I experienced a long-term injury which aloud me to gain knowledge about my body and increased my awareness and sensitivity. I wish to cultivate this sensitivty and create a playfull research dealing with training and untraining.Working with other art forms intrigues me and this past year I began to research choreographically how movement is effected by different physical material such a s bubble wrap. In conclusion I wish to access my emotional body and cultivate an even a deeper sensitivity within my moving body.
