About Me (human/individual)/interests, work..short bio/ THis is the most important. It is the only way to know that you are not a SPAMBOT!Be generous!: Rommel Nieves, realiza estudios de danza contemporanea en la Escuela Nacional de Danza y en el Instituto Superior de Danza. Realizando talleres de improvisación con maestros tales como: Marcelo Evelin, Bill Young, Jeremy Nelson, David Zambrano, Alexey Taran, Mark Tompkins, entre otros. Debuta coreográficamente en el Festival de Jóvenes corógrafos de caracas en el año 1999, y participa en las tres siguientes ediciones de dicho festival. Y a su vez como bailarín de la compañía Neodanza de Caracas desde el año 1997 con temporadas nacionales e internacionales hasta el año 2001. En el año 2002 funda la compañía 100% imPRO en la cual participa como director artístico e interprete en diversos eventos a nivel nacional tales como, el Festival Internacional de Teatro de Caracas 2004, manteniendo una continua participación en el Festival de Jóvenes Corógrafos desde el año 1999 hasta el año 2006, al igual de la participación continua en el Festival de Improvisación de Caracas, y del 1° al 4° Festival Mundial de Solos y Duetos 2004 al 2007, Ciudad en Movimiento 2003 y 2004, entre otros mantenido una fuerte presencia en diversas actividades comunitarias con talleres y espectáculos en espacios no convencionales en el 2006 participa con dos obras de su autoría en el Festival Panorama Rio de Janeiro y en el Encuentro Latinoamericano y Europeo de Coreógrafos realizado en la ciudad de Rio de Janeiro, 2007 comparte tarima con la compañia Vata (Fortaleza, Ceara) en espectaculos para la comunidad de Fortaleza (Brasil) asi como la creaciòn de la obra “Ruaca” Junto a la coreografa Brasilera Valeria Pinheiro ese mismo año participa con talleres y performance en la Bienal Internacional de Danςa de Ceara (Brasil).
