A German based Malaysian choreographer-dancer who survived a tragic speedboat accident in Pulau Tioman in 2013. Fifteen surgeries and a year of recovery later, not only is he able to walk again, he has returned to his passion, more determined than ever to live out his life in dance.

He graduated with a Bachelor and Master in Choreography at Folkwang University in Essen and Diploma in Dance at the National Academy of Arts, Culture and Heritage (ASWARA) in Malaysia.

As a dancer, he has worked with Pina Bausch Tanztheater, Folkwang Tanz Studio, Tanz Company Gervasi, Kwang Tung Dance Company, Henrietta Horn, Rodolpho Leoni, Mark Sieczkarek, Fang-Yu Shen, Jerome Bel, Joseph Gonzales, Amy Len etc. He was one of the finalists for the second season of “So You Think You Can Dance” in Malaysia. Currently working as a guest dancer at Theater Bremen directed by Samir Akika.

As choreographer, he started with short pieces for young choreographer evening.
"Red Head" -Solo Duo2015 in Köln
"Gone" - The 25th International Competition in Hanover
"Fish" - Wettbewerb Contact energy’12 in Erfurt
"Without Drowning" - KuK Award in Essen

In December 2014, he presented his first evening-length premiere in Malaysia with an international cast of dancers with "The Edge" & "Cut the Clouds"
"Cut the Clouds" was nominated for the Best Choreographer in a Mixed Bill for the 12th Boh Cameronian Arts Awards in Malaysia & won the Best Group Performance (DPAC Dance Company), Best Lighting Design & Best Music & Sound Design.

Choreographed for company such as Folkwang Tanzstudio (Germany),
DPAC Dance Company (Malaysia), Maya Dance Theatre (Singapore) & ASWARA Dance Company (Malaysia).
