michaël d'auzon

Born in 1975, he studied ballet in Nice and La Rochelle (F). He danced within the Young Ballet of France, the Ballet of the Rhine and the Ballet of Nancy, where he signed his first pieces since 1995. Prize-winner of the European “Pépinières” for Young Artists, he was entitled to work in Helsinki during a residency in 1999.

Invited as a choreographer in various theaters in France and abroad, and artistic director of the “Compagnie l’Instant”, a company he founded in Nancy in 2000, he did numerous creations such as, among others:

« Les cendres de la vache rousse » (2000), « A la recherche de la caresse » (2001), « Dissection d’un nuage » (2003), « Parole d’arbre » (2004), « Structure de l’attente » (2005), « Maintenant » (2006)

In 2007, he gathered in Berlin a group of dancers to develop a choreographic laboratory work process. At the same time producing videochoreographies, he created several virtual choreographies, such as "Decorporation” ( 2008 ), within the framework of the Berlin Residency Program of the General Council of Moselle.

Author of movement, Michaël d'Auzon  builds his choreographic writing upon a visual approach of dance. During workshops, he develops an analysis of movement parameters, and teaches improvisation as a simultaneous sculpture of duration and perception.

welcome to UNSTABLELANDSCAPE

WE LIVE WITHIN AN UNSTABLE LANDSCAPE

This is a social networking website connecting people concerned about innovation and experimentation on art, dance, embodiment, cognition, science, networks, post-humanism, media and the unstable landscape of contemporary culture and life.

We are in a transitional phase and refocusing the network with a broader interdisciplinary framework. It will reflect a contemporary  community interacting and embedded  unstablelandscape.

This network is maintained and administrated by Marlon Barrios Solano as an independent art/curatorial/social innovation project.
