Initiated as an artistic collaboration between Maite and Bertha Bermudez specialists in these two artistic disciplines, Las Negras Productions puts special emphasis on the documentation, transmission and development of the Intangible art form of dance.

For this purpose, Las Negras Productions initiates, supports and develops projects that can enhance the appreciation, transmission and preservation of traditional and contemporary dance, as well as the development of new artistic languages departing from the relationship between dance and cinema.

Las Negras Productions has a special interest in guaranteeing the long term sustainability of such ethereal art form in a particular place or community through interdisciplinary educational activities.
