A process of learning to free our bodies, find a 'unique gesture', to find the way of research, through motion, changes of qualities, body gesture, a shared process for all kind of artists, better with some movement skills.
Based on A. Nikolais pedagogy, we analyse time, space, design as a field of research, we share our experience of performing languages. 'Research improvisation' as a technique to discover.. Warm up and body awareness to prepare your body as a good instrument of presence, to start to perceive how and why, to be here and now to answer to the contemporary requests of present.
