VIDEO PRODUCTION:

THE STRATEGY IS THAT YOU EDIT THE VIDEOS THAT YOU SHOOT!

SO, BE AWARE THAT THEY ARE ACCUMULATING....

Read  and complete all these steps for each video.

CAPTURE/video SHOOTING

FOR PERFORMANCES:

Remember  that you can sit in the first row or be very close.

Use also DIAGONAL PERSPECTIVE.

If you using an ipad  you must lower the brightness to avoid disturb the audience.

FOR INTERVIEWS:

Also try to make questions in the interviews more as a conversation and to have material of at least 4 minutes.

Be aware and careful about the back light and the sound of the room.

UPLOAD TO DANCETECHTV:

Upload as soon as you can.

Make the public,

TITTLE:

(artist name) @ panorama2011

same for description

and tags

Editing on line: The editing is  done in the dancetechtv account in youtube:

Log in and go to my videos

Then go  to Video editor

name  your project with the name of the artist and  if it is an interview or performance

Use the starting trailer and the end trailer that are in the clip section of the video editor.

One video for interview and  video for performance images (special cases  for seminars, when interviews are too short)

Titles:

the most important is the  name of the artists and the piece.

For the piece: name of the piece on first line and artists in second.

Artists: Name of artists first line

name of piece on second line.

Transitions:

Keep  it simple: only use crossfade and push

WHEN VIDEO IS EXPORTED AND READY:

(format for tittle)

grid_lab @ festival panorama 2011:  name of artists  and if it is interview  or excerpts of performance or other

(see that there are spaces between grid_lab and @) this is to make the search more effective)

Description:

In each video we should briefly describe the event and the content.

Who, what, when and where?

It should be done in the language of the interview.

WE SHOULD PUT THIS  IN ALL FINAL VIDEOS:

Humans exploring collaboration, coops, hybrid art, dance, embodiment, cognition, tech-science, networks, post-humanism and culture.

welcome to UNSTABLELANDSCAPE

WE LIVE WITHIN AN UNSTABLE LANDSCAPE

This is a social networking website connecting people concerned about innovation and experimentation on art, dance, embodiment, cognition, science, networks, post-humanism, media and the unstable landscape of contemporary culture and life.

We are in a transitional phase and refocusing the network with a broader interdisciplinary framework. It will reflect a contemporary  community interacting and embedded  unstablelandscape.

This network is maintained and administrated by Marlon Barrios Solano as an independent art/curatorial/social innovation project.
