Tools like Twitter, Facebook, and blogs have given not just you, but your community, a voice and a microphone. This shift to two-way communication is killing traditional marketing—nobody wants to be sold to or told what to do, and now they don’t have to.

The challenge for organizations and individuals trying to reach an audience is to move away from traditional selling and toward community engagement and relationship building.

In this webinar, writer Bill Moore of BostonKnows examines the importance of strategy, focus, simplicity, and experimentation in engaging your community through the art of writing. He covers the steps for creating a writing strategy for your organization. Finally, he analyzes several real-life writing samples for their effectiveness, covering the most common tools used today, including:
