Take a break from the seriousness of your daily life and join the OUT-OF-YOUR-MINDFULNESS workshop on december 6th!
A unique, inspirering training that will fill you with energy and self-confidence. It generates a more playfull attitude towards life, the capability to welcome buzzing days and thoughts and to embrace both, the beautifull and the shadow side of reality.
In this sunday-workshop we will come to our senses, explore non-sense, practice playfulness and celibrate the instinctive language of body and mind.
