Event Description

The Shed presents WOMEN: EXPERIMENTAL FILMS
a film screening at Barbès in celebration of Women’s Day. Women: Experimental Films, programmed by Roberta Bonisson, will showcase 14 films.

The program is dedicated to all women and in particular to those working with the moving image. It salutes their commitment to explore, with humor, poetry and activism, issues of displacement, memory, loss of individual power, maternal ambivalence, family and identity.
