Event Description

We are very pleased to announce screenings of a series of works that we’re calling Thought in Motion: 3 choreographers captured at the Film Society of Lincoln Center’s new building.

This is a chance to see After Ghostcatching (with Bill T. Jones), Stairwell (with Wayne McGregor), and the world premiere of a new 3d version of Loops (with Merce Cunningham), all installed in a new, state-of-the-art theater. Each piece is based on a performance given by the choreographer themselves; unique portraits of unique minds expressed through motion.

For screening times, see our website.

WE LIVE WITHIN AN UNSTABLE LANDSCAPE

This is a social networking website connecting people concerned about innovation and experimentation on art, dance, embodiment, cognition, science, networks, post-humanism, media and the unstable landscape of contemporary culture and life.

We are in a transitional phase and refocusing the network with a broader interdisciplinary framework. It will reflect a contemporary  community interacting and embedded  unstablelandscape.

This network is maintained and administrated by Marlon Barrios Solano as an independent art/curatorial/social innovation project.
