We all gotta move!

It's time to liquify our fascia, rearrange our patterns, lubricate our joints, wake up our our connections, and find the possibilities within limitations!

Join us from the comfort of your living room to explore movement biomechanics and anatomy. In this class, we will look through the lens of The Axis Syllabus to grow in intimacy with the designs and patterns of our own living body. As many of us do not have dance studios to practice across the floor sequences, we will engage movement retraining through physical puzzles, games, and practices using the resources and limitations within reach. We will do some anatomical nerd-ing, some physical philosophizing, and some inter-bodied networking. We will use improvisation as well as choreographed motifs (adapted for small spaces).

Sliding scale $10-20.
No one turned away for lack of funds.
It is recommended to clear away as much space for movement as you are able. If you get internet reception outside and have a location that's not too loud, that's definitely encouraged.

Tomorrow will be our first class. Please be patient as we work out the kinks.

Classes will be held on Zoom.
Please download Zoom before use.

welcome to UNSTABLELANDSCAPE

WE LIVE WITHIN AN UNSTABLE LANDSCAPE

This is a social networking website connecting people concerned about innovation and experimentation on art, dance, embodiment, cognition, science, networks, post-humanism, media and the unstable landscape of contemporary culture and life.

We are in a transitional phase and refocusing the network with a broader interdisciplinary framework. It will reflect a contemporary  community interacting and embedded  unstablelandscape.

This network is maintained and administrated by Marlon Barrios Solano as an independent art/curatorial/social innovation project.
