SMASH Berlin is an independent platform dedicated to developing research in contemporary performance through a series of full-time physical training programs.

In every edition different guest artists share their current practices and obsessions, challenging the participants to develop their own methods and set of tools to initiate work individually and collaboratively.

This year there are 3 different programs happening:

SMASH #3
3-week module: “fish lizard leopard man.
tracking the traces of your lineage”
with Maria F. Scaroni, Peter Pleyer
May 05 – 23, 2014

SMASH #4
3-month program: summer intensive
with Nathan Fuhr, Felix Marchand, Javier Murugarren, Angela Schubot
Jun 30 – Sep 19, 2014

SMASH #5
3-week module: “the world is sound”
with Moss Beynon Juckes, Alessandra Eramo, Irena Tomažin
Nov 24 – Dec 12, 2014
