Event Description

Manhattan Youth Ballet and Manhattan Movement & Arts Center announce the 2013 Summer Intensive Auditions on Sunday, March 3. Registration begins at 1pm with audition classes for ages 8-10 at 2pm, ages 11-14 at 3pm, and ages 15 and up at 4:15pm, at the Manhattan Movement & Arts Center, 248 West 60th Street, NYC (between Amsterdam and West End Avenues) in the Lincoln Center area. The audition application and further information is available at www.manhattanyouthballet.org. The 2013 Summer Intensive Auditions are held for Summer Intensives that run from August 12-30 and culminate in a final performance on August 29. One, two and three week options are available. Faculty will include Daniel Ulbricht, Deborah WIngert, Marine Stavitskaya, Natalia Boesch, Michael Vernon, Wendy Whelan, Robert Fairchild, Attila Csiki, and guests from New York City Ballet, American Ballet Theatre, Boston Ballet School, and others.
