METALOGUES, Steps Through a System of Thought

What is an instinct? Why do things have outlines? Why do they get into a muddle?… Take a stroll through a mind and discover how we haven't found a single answer. This is the story of a communication failure between actors, actors and spectators… and mostly between ourselves. If words and thoughts are nothing more than obstacles, we might as well just moo or meow - but at least let's do it together.



METALOGE, ein begehbares Gedankenexperiment

Was ist ein Instinkt? Warum haben Dinge Konturen? Warum kommen Sachen durcheinander?… Ein Spaziergang durch ein Denksystem, das mehr Fragen als Antworten generiert. Es ist die Geschichte über das Scheitern an der Kommunikation zwischen den Schauspielern und dem Zuschauer… am meisten aber eine Auseinandersetzung mit uns selbst. Wenn Sprache zum Hindernis wird und damit Gefühle sowie Ideen nicht in Worten ausgedrückt werden können, ist es vielleicht einfacher nur noch zu muhen oder miauen - aber lasst uns das gemeinsam erleben.

¿Qué es un instinto? ¿Por qué tienen las cosas contornos? ¿Por qué se revuelven?… paséate dentro de una cabeza para descubrir que no hemos encontrado una sola respuesta. La historia de una comunicación infructuosa entre actores, actores y espectadores… y sobretodo con nosotros mismos. Si palabras y pensamientos no son sino obstáculos, maullemos o mujamos; pero hagámoslo juntos.
