Choreographischer Hintergrund von Menach_01 - Awakening ist die Inszenierung einiger Meta-Ikonen der Auferstehungsgeschichte des altägyptischen Isis-Osiris-Mythos.

Ein zentraler Aspekt dieser intermedialen Tanzperformance ist das poetische ZusammenSPIEL von experimenteller und kinetischer Musik, Tanz und videographischen Elementen. Das informationstechnische Environment des Medienkünstlers György Pongrancz ermöglicht Echtzeit-Audifikationen der Bewegungen der Tänzer sowie Improvisationen auf die selbst-generierten Klänge und eröffnet so neue, synästhetische Räume: Tanz wird hörbar, Musik sichtbar und die Grenzen zwischen den Medien, zwischen Ursache und Wirkung, zwischen Analogem und Digitalem verwischen. Der Ort der Performance ist sowohl die reale als auch die „Digitale Bühne“ (Vgl.: György Pongracz „Digitale Bühne mit Eyes Web“)
