REPERTORY & CREATIVE CLASSES
with Matthew Bourne's New Adventures/Re:Bourne
-the United Kingdom’s premier contemporary dance theater company.
A rare opportunity to learn repertory from Matthew Bourne’s SWAN LAKE and to work with Associate Director and original SWAN LAKE Prince, Scott Ambler.
On the first day of the two day workshop, New Adventures’ company members, Nina Goldman, Ashley Bain and Sam Plant will teach material from the show. On the second day, Associate Director, Scott Ambler. will work on the characterization and story telling aspects of the material.
Since its world premiere in 1995 at Sadler’s Wells, Matthew Bourne’s legendary production of SWAN LAKE has become the longest running ballet in the London’s West End and on Broadway, where it received three TONY awards. It has toured internationally in Japan, Australia, Russia, Israel, the United States, Italy, France and Korea and will be returning for a month long engagement at New York’s CIty Center October 13th 2010.
New Adventures repertory includes some of the most successful dance productions in decades. As well as being an international touring company, it is the resident company at Sadler’s Wells in London and employs over seventy dancers each season in its various productions. 2010-2011 season will see the return of Bourne's Cinderella in London followed by UK and international touring.

WE LIVE WITHIN AN UNSTABLE LANDSCAPE
This is a social networking website connecting people concerned about innovation and experimentation on art, dance, embodiment, cognition, science, networks, post-humanism, media and the unstable landscape of contemporary culture and life.
We are in a transitional phase and refocusing the network with a broader interdisciplinary framework. It will reflect a contemporary community interacting and embedded unstablelandscape.
This network is maintained and administrated by Marlon Barrios Solano as an independent art/curatorial/social innovation project.
