Event Description

Linie 8 is the tram line connecting HELLERAU to central Dresden – and the name of a HELLERAU project involving Dresden’s dance scene. Every month, different dance productions are presented in HELLERAU. Each production starts with the final scene from the previous one. The project gives independent dancers in Dresden a chance to present themselves in all their variety and as part of their own series of events.

Katja Erfurth

Dances of the E.

Katja Erfurth uses her 20 year long history as a dancer for reflecting upon her choreographical work and artistic creations. A choreography about age and maturity, about becoming and decay - about consistency and improvements.

Miriam Welk/Wilde Pferde

PhRasen der Dressur – Heilsversprechungen

This performance combines contemporary dance with play, sound art, room concept and costumes design into a complex aesthetics.

WE LIVE WITHIN AN UNSTABLE LANDSCAPE

This is a social networking website connecting people concerned about innovation and experimentation on art, dance, embodiment, cognition, science, networks, post-humanism, media and the unstable landscape of contemporary culture and life.

We are in a transitional phase and refocusing the network with a broader interdisciplinary framework. It will reflect a contemporary  community interacting and embedded  unstablelandscape.

This network is maintained and administrated by Marlon Barrios Solano as an independent art/curatorial/social innovation project.
