Led by LEIMAY artistic Director Ximena Garnica and company member Andrea Jones. This is a donation based drop-in class and accessible to everyone. No dance or movement training necessary. This is not a performance oriented class. LEIMAY has been investigating and exploring a variety of exercises which aid in the conditioning of a loose and fluid body. This work can help to relive tension and relax tired muscles. If you spend lots of time in front of a computer, or if you are feeling stiff, or if you want to try a very gentle and soft approach to body conditioning, these classes might be for you! Through these exercises participants gain the opportunity to investigate the following principles: awareness of consciousness, gravity and internal rhythm, strength and body fluidity, internal openness and energy flow.
Dates: Wednesday Nights: Feb 18, 25, March 4, 11, 18, April 8, 15, 22, 29, May 6
Times: 7:30pm – 9:30pm
PRICE: Classes are donation based, please contribute what you can, nobody will be keeping track of individual donations. But if you are in a position to donate it will be greatly appreciated. Yet online registration is required and you can do so in advance using the widget below or upon arrival.

WE LIVE WITHIN AN UNSTABLE LANDSCAPE
This is a social networking website connecting people concerned about innovation and experimentation on art, dance, embodiment, cognition, science, networks, post-humanism, media and the unstable landscape of contemporary culture and life.
We are in a transitional phase and refocusing the network with a broader interdisciplinary framework. It will reflect a contemporary community interacting and embedded unstablelandscape.
This network is maintained and administrated by Marlon Barrios Solano as an independent art/curatorial/social innovation project.
