„Repetitive electronic music causes trance, with effects on motor skills. Even if we do not move, our brain sings and dances“ writes Dr. Pierre Lemarquis in his book: Sérénade pour un cerveau musicien

Colors of sounds come into resonance with the body.
Electronic Dance Flows wakes up instinct and feeling of well beeing, joy, energy and relaxation.
In this dance workshop open for all amators of movements, I am inviting you to express your own imagination, sensibility, creativity and to collect tools to dance.
Begining with a warm-up to enter into a world of sensations that develops the body's consciousness and the senses, energies will then start to circulate inside the body through improvisation tasks and exercises.
An exploration game where the qualities of movement are related to the music and sounds layers (homemade DJ Set)
Searching for a place where the body will become free in a present moment, creating a state of dance.
