Pigs And Birds Performance Projekte (Anne Rosset & Robert Alexander) präsentieren mit «Love Is A Battlefield» eine Personality Show der unüblichen Art; eine Performance mit Klang - Licht - Bewegung, in der das Publikum durch seine unwillkürlichen Reaktionen als Teil der Komposition mitwirken wird. Das Lachen des Zuschauers wird während dieses „Beinahe - Happenings" durchaus nicht unwillkommen sein.

Das traditionelle Rollenverständnis zwischen dem „voyeuristischen" Zuschauer und dem „exhibitionistischen" Performer wird auf die Probe gestellt. Der Titel der Performance „Love Is A Battlefield" ist hier gleichsam Programm: Es geht um die Liebe; die „Liebe" des Publikums zum Performer und dem Wunsch nach „Geliebt-werden" des Performers.

Oder, um es mit anderen Worten zu sagen: Love is the message! And the message is love!
