CULTURAL WEEKEND BERLIN //
PINA MADONNA & CO
Contemporary dance, dance theatre and performance in the social, cultural and educational practice

The weekend is fun and has a special focus on practical situations e.g. dealing with artistic group dynamics.

The weekend addresses teachers, socio-cultural workers, artists and art producers.

No previous knowledge is necessary.

The methods are low key but challenging and designed to be applicable in all practices. The artistic strategies are suitable for all areas of cultural education.

Gesture, text, movement, film, photography, costume, object, materiality, environment and thesis are starting points for an artistic working process resulting multiformal and diverse.

Crucial aspects of dance and movement are analysed, explained and didactically declined.
