donate for internationally acclaimed new media artists Isabelle Choinière and Ricardo Dal Farra, with scenographer and lighting designer Audrey-Anne Bouchard gathered an amazing team of collaborators together for their project’s realization »Collective Body«. The great combination of knowledgeable and experienced new media artists with wildly creative and innovative younger spirits brings an incredible richness to their creative process.

On stage, five female dancers, bodies intertwined, form a human sculpture in constant movement, a Collective Body. Bodies and breaths tangle, the dancers are simultaneously five bodies and one same mass. Before the spectator’s eye, our sound composer will be managing the live mediatisation of the dancers’ vocal expressions into digital sound. Those sounds will then be transformed and spatialized in real time around the spectators, integrating them in the sound installation, in the Collective Body itself.
