Grants for two-week residencies at Palucca Schule Dresden
Once again Tanzplan Dresden has awarded grants to three young choreographers who will work in interdisciplinary teams of up to 4 individual artists. The artists for the Creative Residencies in 2010 are: Vera Ondrasikova (Prague), Gregory Edelein (Brussels) and Hanna Hegenscheidt (Berlin).
In addition to maintenance costs, the teams will be provided with their own studio at the Palucca Schule, and will be supported by a mentor and a sound and light technician. During the Creative Residencies, showings as well as a work-in-progress performance will be organized.
They will work with their teams for the duration of the Summer Workshop muse 010 (July 26th - August 6th, 2010) - an Interdisciplinary Workshop for professional and advanced dancers. This two-week course programme offers a wide range of training at various levels in contemporary and classical dance, as well as courses in improvisation. The classes take place in studios at the Palucca Schule and are taught by dance teachers with international reputation e.g. Prof. Jason Beechey (Rector of the Palucca Schule Dresden), Anton Lachky (Les Slovak ) and Marion Ballester (e.g. Rosas).

WE LIVE WITHIN AN UNSTABLE LANDSCAPE
This is a social networking website connecting people concerned about innovation and experimentation on art, dance, embodiment, cognition, science, networks, post-humanism, media and the unstable landscape of contemporary culture and life.
We are in a transitional phase and refocusing the network with a broader interdisciplinary framework. It will reflect a contemporary community interacting and embedded unstablelandscape.
This network is maintained and administrated by Marlon Barrios Solano as an independent art/curatorial/social innovation project.
