The next instalment of Chisenhale Art Club is on Wednesday the 3rd of November

Chisenhale Art Club is a monthly night curated by Roberta Jean, Bryony Kimmings and Matt Shlomowitz and is a mixed bill of Dance, Live Art, Music and Film… this is what we love and want to share.

Featuring:

For November we have invited 3 artists that are performing their own material as solos. The following artists presenting work:

Iona Kewney (Dance)

Iona’s solo work is a balance between dance, madness and performance art; the mentality of taking things beyond the limits of exertion, testing human will and physical endurance.

John Butcher (Music)
John Butcher's work ranges through improvisation, his own compositions, multitracked saxophone pieces and explorations with feedback and extreme acoustics

Victoria Gray (Live Art)
Victoria makes temporary action sculptures that explore choreographies of materiality and tensions between the status of objects and bodies in performance. The piece she will present is titled “Limen”
