Event Description

The Noguchi gymnastics method is not limited to dancers, everyone can use it to generate fluidity and relaxation throughout the body. If you spend lots of time in one position (e.g. in the computer, driving, etc) and are thinking how to relax your body with a gentle approach, we really recommend you to check this class.

THIS TRAINING IS OPEN TO EVERYONE, NO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE NECESSARY.

Session II Introductory (12hr / Noguchi Training)= $192
April 24, 25 & 26, 2009 (Fri-Sun)
(Fri 6:00 pm - 10:00 pm /Sat-Sun 11:00 am - 3:00 pm)

Session II Intensive (40hr / Noguchi Training)= $580
April 28 - May 2, 2009 (Tue – Sat)
May 4 - 8, 2009 (Mon - Fri)
(Weekdays 10:00 am - 2:00 pm / Weekends 11:00 am - 3:00 pm)
