Event Description

The workshop will focus on different aspects of the dancing body. What is dance? How can we build a body for dancing? What is body? What is a Spirit? We will go through 1-hour yoga based warm up followed by 1- hour of strengthening exercises. After a short pause, we will treat themes like passive movement, internal movement, density of the body, intensions, relation with time and space, personal body and common body, selective attention. The last part will be dedicated to dancing exercises, with solo and group structured improvisation and dance by images. No former experience needed, no age limit.
