of short dance films
from the
moves touring collection

Presented by Dr Karen Pearlman, Head of Screen Studies at AFTRS, this hour of "moves09" - highlights includes screendance works from the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, Spain and Israel. The programme includes classic dance on screen works; personal, dance focused documentaries; animations and more, by turns funny, moving, spectacular and poetic. Plus a special one time only screening of selected short dancefilm works by current AFTRS students.

This curated collection of shorts will be screened in the new AFTRS building, state of the art cinema, in the heart of Moore Park easily accessible, free and open to the public!
