Grammy nominated film maker & cinematographer Ben Cole & dancer, teacher & healer Caroline Carey’s “1 Giant Leap 4 Dance” combines Ben’s skills & experience filming musicians. elders, indigenous people & spiritual teachers from across the world with Caroline’s ability to help you discover the intelligence & creativity of your own moving body to make significant changes in your life. Ben, the cinematographer of 'One Giant Leap' and many other films, will screen his work & share his journey with you. Caroline will guide you with movement, meditations and journeys inspired by the film and what you are uncovering together. This is a totally unique experience of dance, movement and learning about beinghuman! 

Ben Cole trained as an actor at London’s Drama Center and in New York’s Herbert Berkoff’s centre. In the 90’s he walked away from professional acting in search of a more authentic life and became a positive film maker. He was Director Of Photogrpahy on Grammy nominated 'One Giant Leap' & BIFA award winning 'The Future Is Unwritten'. His latest film ‘R-Evolution’ was produced in 2011 on the evolution of consciousness. He has filmed many of the worlds Gurus from Ram Das to Sai Baba, attending many of the worlds most acclaimed workshops and indigenous ceremonies.

Caroline Carey is the creator of Alchemy in Movement. She is a mother, a grandmother and a shamanic healer and guide.  Her work is crafted from her own life's journey and experience's, a lifetimes dedication to her spiritual practice and many years of training’s and study. She is a wilderness explorer encouraging others to explore their own 'wild-ness'. Caroline is intuitove, a gifted gatekeeper & her first book ‘Ms’Guided Angel’ was published in 2010.
