I say I follow my mind, but I always end up following my heart: it might have some fears but doesn't create big obstacles like my head does.
In the end, looking at the bigger picture, everything makes sense. And when I use trust, I can fully embrace life, people and happenings, and truly feel connected.

BA Hons Arts & Design. Designed for Performance. Designed for Fashion. Some art therapy training. I am more of a fine artist now, mixed media. I am interested in the collaboration between dance and art.
I lead art workshops and projects.
I also work for a charity that supports homeless people and vulnerable people who have alcohol and drug related issues.
