About Me (human/individual)/interests, work..:
Founded in 1985, Career Transition For Dancers is a not-for-profit organization that enables dancers to define their career possibilities and develop the skills necessary to excel in a variety of disciplines.

We created this Dance-Tech group to inform dancers of upcoming events and expand our online community. Help us spread the word by telling a friend or inviting them to friend our group.

From pre-professional to mid-career and mature dancers, our programs help dancers in every stage of their career. Our programs can be grouped into three categories: Career counseling, financial assistance, and informational resources. All services are provided free of charge.

With an office generously donated by Hubbard Street Dance Center, we serve dancers throughout the Midwest, by phone or in-person. With additional offices in New York City and Los Angeles, Career Transition For Dancers serves dancers nationwide through one-on-one career counseling, group seminars, the National Career Network, grants and scholarships, outreach projects, computer literacy instruction, and a website with over 120 online career resources.

Check out our website and go to the "Contact Us" section to learn how to make a FREE one-on-one career counseling appointment today.
